Your comfort isn’t “one size fits all,” so our approach isn’t either. Our sales associates use a guided custom fitting process that helps match you with the right recliner, lift chair, massage chair, immersive sound seating, or gaming chair.
We’ll help you dial in the key fit points that affect comfort the most:
- Seat height so your feet feel supported and your legs feel steady.
- Seat depth so your thighs are supported, with a small gap behind the knees to avoid pressure in that area.
- Lumbar, head, and neck support so your chair supports you where you actually carry tension.
- Recline angle and positioning based on how you’ll use it, like reading, relaxing, watching TV, or full-on napping.
What is your return policy?
Rest & Recline offers a satisfaction guarantee on qualifying purchases. If you need to return or exchange a recliner, lift chair, or other seating product, please contact the store where you made your purchase. Some exclusions apply.
Return PolicyHow long do product orders usually take?
For in-store purchases, many of our products are in stock at your local store and available for immediate pickup and delivery. If it's not in stock, your product will be ordered from one of our nationwide distribution centers and then shipped directly to the store.
Shipments arrive weekly, and most orders can be completed within 2-3 weeks*. As always, your sales associate at your local store will be able to give you the most accurate time frame for arrival to the store.

How do I apply for a Furniture Row Credit Card?
You can apply by visiting your local Rest & Recline or Denver Mattress store, or by completing the online application found on our financing page.
How can I contact Synchrony or access my Synchrony Furniture Row® Credit Card account?
For questions, call Synchrony customer service (877)-295-2080 or you can register and manage your account at My Synchrony.
My SynchronyCan I still make purchases with my Furniture Row® card by Capital One?
We are no longer offering the Furniture Row® Card by Capital One. You will continue to receive statements from Capital One until your balance is paid in full. You can access your account online at Capital One® Bank or call 1-877-560-0761 to speak with a representative.

No, all payments need to be made by mail or online. See the financing page for more information.
FinancingDo Rest & Recline® stores offer gift certificates, and if so, how do I redeem them and do they expire?
You may purchase gift certificates at any Rest & Recline® Location that may be used in any Rest & Recline® in the United States. These may be redeemed at any of the Furniture Row® Companies. Ask your local sales associate about expiration dates.
*Rest & Recline Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for online purchases. To purchase a product you see online with a Rest & Recline Gift Certificate, please contact your local store or the Help Desk at (866)-372-4642.
Shopping
Can I order a chair in a different color or fabric?
Many of our products are available in a variety of different colors and fabrics, and all options are clearly displayed on each product. We are also proud to offer "special order" options on select upholstered seating. Our sales associates can show you fabric samples and special order options available for your chosen chair.
Why does my recliner feel firmer when it was delivered compared to in the showroom?
All upholstered seating items have a small "break in" period. The foam, at all levels of quality, will soften as the cushions are broken in. The items on our floor undergo a process as soon as they arrive to "break them in." After a short period of use, your new chair will have the same comfort as the showroom products.
Do you offer special orders on furniture?
We are proud to offer Special Order selections on a variety of our upholstery products. These items are identified with in store signage or online via the Feature, "Special Order Available." In store we display the available fabrics, along with schematics of the available pieces, with each collection that is part of our Special Order program. This gives you the opportunity to truly, make it yours.
Why can’t I add an item to my cart, or why do you have a product on the website if I can’t order it?
If you can’t purchase our products online, it’s most likely because you don’t live near one of our stores. Rest & Recline is located next to select Denver Mattress stores, and we can only offer delivery services to select areas.. If you don’t live near a Rest & Recline store, contact the Help Desk and we’ll confirm availability and help you find your closest option.
Do you offer delivery? If so, how much does it cost?
Our delivery fees vary based on your location, the products purchased, and which type of delivery service you choose. If you would like to know the estimated delivery fee for a delivery to your home, please contact your local store or the Help Desk at (844)-673-6278.
What does my delivery include?
Sree Store Pickup: Your order will be ready for pickup at your local store at no charge. You will be responsible for transportation to your home (we recommend bringing a 2nd person for heavy items). Assembly instructions are included for easy setup.
Home Delivery and Set Up: Your furniture will be delivered, fully assembled, and set up in the room of your choice. Our delivery crew will inspect and test each piece with your approval, then haul away all packaging materials.
Manufacturing
How long will my recliner or chair last?
The life of your new seating will be dependent on your use and lifestyle. Brands like Flexsteel are built with steel-frame construction designed to last a lifetime. Your sales associate can point out the various types of construction to help you determine the best materials and build for your needs.
Are there weight limits on your recliners and chairs?
Many of our vendors test products for normal everyday use, though this is not an industry standard available on all lines. We carry big-and-tall recliners and lift chairs designed for higher weight capacities. If you would like more information regarding weight restrictions on a specific product, please contact your local store.
How can I order a part or replacement component?
Please contact your local store to inquire on a possible parts order.

No Assembly Required: Most recliners and chairs arrive ready to use straight out of the box.
Light Assembly Required: Some products require light assembly of components such as backs or legs, typically non-tool assembly or easy assembly with included tools.

Please visit our subscriptions page to subscribe or unsubscribe from promotional emails. Customer's who have currently placed orders will still receive order updates via email. Customers however, will not continue to receive any promotional emails.
